4 - Stick To A Schedule  Scheduling posts and creating a lasting schedule will create a sense of familiarity with your audience, think of your favourite TV show - I'm sure you'd be disappointed if for some reason it just didn't air one night without explanation.

5 - Speak To Your Audience!  When people are commenting on your posts, you MUST answer as soon as possible, even if it is just to say a thank you! This will be the difference between companies gaining a following and being completely ignored. Your audience will feel more connected to your organisation and as a result, more referrals will come your way.
